Fees Schedule
Transparent and structured mediation fees.
Mediation fees are structured to reflect the time, preparation and management required for complex civil matters.
The following schedule applies:
Mediation Fees
Half-Day Mediation
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$2,800
plus HST (2 parties)
Full-Day Mediation
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$4,500
plus HST (2 parties)
Additional Parties and Time
Additional Parties
$650.00 per party
Where mediation extends beyond 2 parties, there is an additional fee billed per mediation session.
Additional Hours
$650.00 per hour
Where mediation extends beyond the scheduled time, additional hours are billed at the hourly rate.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days prior
No cancellation fee
Between 7 and 30 days
50% of the scheduled mediation fee
Less than 7 days
100% of the scheduled mediation fee
Cancellation periods are calculated from the scheduled mediation date.
Administrative Notes
- Fees are subject to HST
- Invoices are issued upon completion of the mediation
- Payment instructions are provided at the time of scheduling
